     Selling a property can already be difficult enough for most owners to go through but then imagine inheriting the stress involved with selling a home because of a legal scenario. These scenarios  are commonly known as probate, trust, conservatorship, divorce, and bankruptcies. My typical client in some of these situations just lost a loved one, are dealing with financial hardships, or have a disrupted home life as a result of a divorce. The last thing they want to think about is selling a property but for most they have to. That is where I come in. My goal is to ease my client’s burden of this task and do as much as I can for them in preparing their property for sale. What I do and can help with through my networks entails the following:

• Property clean up

• Property repairs

• Moving services

•  Coordinating estate sales/yard sales

•  If the property is not financeable finding a cash buyer

• Selling the property.

I help my clients with these decisions with maximizing their profits in mind. My goal is to make the process as simple as possible, while making the most money, on the right budget for my clients.
