Working with sellers in today’s market is a rapid evolvement for everyone. With so much information available to sellers and potential consumers of the seller’s home these days some think it is a task they can take on without a realtor. Most people take on this task in an effort to try and save money because they feel the value isn’t there by hiring an expert. What most people don’t realize is they get in way over their heads when it comes time to prepare the home for sale. This job is much more than taking a few pictures and sticking a for sale sign in the yard. Pricing, Preparing, & producing interest from buyers takes a lot of work and I am ready to help create the value in hiring me for that task!
Working with buyers was my primary focus when I first earned my real estate license. That being said, I have many years of working with buyers. Most of my buyer business comes from past clients who were satisfied with their experience with me as their agent. For people who are interested in buying a home I help coordinate them with a mortgage expert, develop a search criteria based on their affordability, and get them out there to find a home that meets their needs. The buying process can seem pretty simple on the surface to most but the combination of finding the right home, negotiating prices/repairs, and ensuring my clients are getting the best of that is a challenge that I don’t take lightly.
